We are missing the function of topping up someone else account by card or voucher.
Like.... I can buy the game for someone, so why can't I buy a gift card/credit?
Else is fine.

Are GOG Wallet funds themselves refundable?

You may request a refund for GOG Wallet funds within 30 (thirty) days of purchase if they were purchased on GOG and if you have not used any of those funds, in effect from March 26th, 2019.

My understanding of this:
If you recently (in the last 30 days) bought wallet funds with real money, then you can cancel that purchase and request a refund of this amount, (i.e. the money goes back to where it came from).

You cannot refund wallet funds that are older than 30 days.
You cannot refund wallet funds that have been "used" somehow (buying games, refunding games to wallet).
You cannot redirect wallet funds to other payment channels (example: credit card --> wallet funds --> bank account).

That would make GOG a banking institute, and that would very quickly complicate their lives.

I am 2 days ago added funds to wallet and buy game, but changed my decision about pursuing and request refund, funds back to my wallet, but now i whant refund money from wallet, is it possible? Support is silently ignore my request and questions.

Not really, it's hardly getting GOG into the full aspects of merchant bankers!

You need some patience then. It is best to wait for GOG's reply.
Sometimes they are quick, but other times it takes a few days or even 2 weeks. :-/
