I'm trying to find a setting to control how often Gog Galaxy updates itself. I'm talking specifically what I believe to be a Gog Galaxy client update, not a game update. I've noticed very often when I open Galaxy it'll download about 105mb or so of something. I'm pretty sure I have all my games set to manual update, so it leads me to believe it's a client update that's happening. Can I control the frequency of this update?

I'm not sure if this still works:
"%PROGRAMFILES(X86)%\GalaxyClient\GalaxyClient.exe" /runWithoutUpdating
Galaxy usually download just a few MB, even if progress bar shows more. ~100MB only once in a while, like few weeks or so..

That's good info. It does seem like a fast download, so maybe even if it says 100mb it might be less. thank you for the reply.

This seems to be the case whenever I watch it updating. "100 megabytes... minus the 96 megs you already have. DONE."

Yep,only happens when pc is turned on:)

Tauto: Yep,only happens when pc is turned on:)
That's what they want you to believe. When you sleep however, it powers on, using power stored in the circuits (so unplugging doesn't work) and stays on just long enough to clone all your data.

Only a very small flaw in your knowledge on my PC inflow and that is I do not use Galaxy and probably never will:)

You have installed games from here though, so its found its way in...
