I am very happy Soul Reaver 1+2 Remaster has been released because previously it was impossible for me getting the old original version to work properly; no matter what i did. I can finally play them again with the Remaster.

However, Blood Omen 2 is still totally broken for any new OS, it is even freezing my system by starting the installed GOG game. So, no working preservation at all for this game. Is there any chance it will become playable "out of the box" without countless or unknown patches, again on GOG?

Re-vamped is really easy to setup.

You simply download the zip file and extract it, then copy the DLL file into you game directory.
