The title is actually Firmament!

GOG says it's now available. Can the offline installer files really be downloaded?

I'm afraid I can't find an answer to your question via Google machine. Other GoG games have offline installers - so I don't see why this title would not have that.

I took a chance and yes it can be bought and the offline install files can be downloaded!
