Its exhaustive and being a rabid Cyberpunk gamer and bookworm i would agree on every title there.

And please dont forget our own CD Projeckt is working on Cyberpunk 2077 which will completely own the genre in all ways shapes and forms (See The Witcher 3 for details) and i trul;y mean that... If they even pay a 1/4th of the attention to detail as they did with The Witcher 3 were looking at the definitive Cyberpunk game of this generation. Its based off Cyberpunk 2020 roleplaying game which is so amazing in its design and story that its still to this day the only campaign that i fully and completely remember... it stuck with me for over a decade.

Deus Ex games were the first to come to mind right after Cyberpunk 2077, but it looks like people have already suggested both of those. The cool thing about Cyberpunk 2077 is that not only is game content futuristic as characteristic of the cyberpunk style, but the game itself is futuristic! You can't get more cyberpunk than that! ;oP

Arcanum (of Steelworks and Magkica) is one, but I have played it as RPG.
