We are all pawns in the hands of the great weavers.

The village of Avanmoor sleeps uneasily as people start disappearing and their lord is mysteriously murdered in his chambers at night. An unlikely party – a dutiful knight, an auspicious student of magic and his roguish friend – couldn’t possibly imagine that a quest to find the baron’s assassin would lead them in the middle of a battle between gods.

Looks interesting.
I loved the first Krondor. Antara and Return were serviceable due to the draw of the first. Hopefully this turns out well.

Voted.
The using real actors as sprites is cheesy but very cool
Go on, +1 from me. Looks a bit basic from the video but could be fun.
make sure to check out their facebook as well for some more images, there's a few more than the website which are rather cool looking.

is the gog version of antara still bugged?
Looks interesting. There look to be long stretches of space though, so I hope they include fast running to get around.

Yes but I never encountered the more common ones. The bug I encountered was the game crashing when your money/rations inventory slots were full and you received money for a quest somewhere in the middle of the game. The game worked again when I dropped a bunch of money on the ground first.

Calling it inspired by BaK looks like an understatement... But it is nice to see that sort of game still being made, though I'm not sure what to say about using real actors for the characters, and it'd be better to just have stills than those few jerking frames. Or maybe it's because the higher resolution makes them more obvious? Somehow BaK seemed a bit smoother in that movement.

And thank you for keeping track of these games after first posting about them. Nice community service :)
Still interested in this when it gets released.
GoG had Damjan Mozetič, the main dev behind Call of Saregnar and Neal Hallford, head writer of Betrayal at Krondor on for an interview/panel 2 or 3 years ago (VoD here), taking this as an indication that a release of CoS on GoG is all but officially confirmed.
Mr. Kilg0re_Tr0ut there is going to push hard for this to happen as well, I'd imagine.
I'm very hopeful for this game, I like the Krondor style of combining actors with 3D. It will depend a lot on the quality of the writing though. Krondor had an interesting world based on Feist's Riftwar/Midkemia novels, Saregnar won't be able to draw from that existing lore.
