Hello, all!

For a while now, I've wanted to download installers/extras for all of my games, but have avoided doing so due to the large number I've got.

Is there any bulk download feature in existence? I've tried the "Adalia Fundamentals," but it seems useless for this purpose... I'd like to be able to click a few buttons and queue everything up to download. DownThemAll doesn't seem to see the download links either (the damned download links are hidden in a pop-out menu that gets loaded upon clicking...).

Thanks!

well there is this
https://www.gog.com/downloader

gog is trying to shove the oh so optional oh so totally not half baked alpha galaxy down our throats
so they are ( not) trying to make other options as hard as possible but said options are still there

Unless I am unaware of a feature there, this isn't what I'm looking for... I'm looking for something to download them all WITHOUT having to click into every game I have.

Thanks, though!

MaGog has the links for all the files of all games and you can use DownThemAll with it.

You can also automatically "Get from GOG" the list of the games you own into MaGog, then filter by the "owned" tag, and get a single page with all the links to all your files. You can then download all your files in one click via DownThemAll.

I haven't used my GOG library once since MaGog got this feature. I download everything through MaGog.

You mean, she added it to herself, by herself? Or perhaps it was some kind of spontaneous mutation? Or maybe -- just maybe -- some unknown person added the feature? (But who...?)

I believe the term you are looking for is "Virgin Birth".
Just so that you didn't accidentally skip it:

gogrepo.py works both in e.g. Windows and Linux (and other OSes), as long as you have python and some other needed dependencies installed. I've used it both in Linux and Windows 7.

Then there is lgogdownloader, to my understanding it is more for Linux users, but maybe it can be compiled to work also in Windows.

And then there's that third one whose name I unfortunately don't remember... I need to find that thread just for common courtesy.

Interesting. I've never noticed that one could do that with MaGog. Seems to be a very useful feature.

Actually, I was thinking more along the lines of spontaneous generation.

timppu: snip...
As timppu said, gogrepo.py will auto download anything you want with error checking and validation on a level galaxy and the downloader cant achieve.

HunchBluntley: Anything?
Ummmm no, but... if you had Lula the sexy empire in your cat it would ^_^

OK, you win -- that weirds even ME out. XD
Thank you for the suggestions, all!

I ended up going with gogrepo... Looks to be a good solution long-term :) Took a little time getting it set up (only ever messed with running python scripts on Linux (and then, it's been a while), took a little longer for me to figure it out under Windows), but will be great for syncing my local offline backup with my online library.
