I already found out what causes the error.

Medium and High shadows cause this error. If the shadows are set to low, the error does not occur.

I suggest that developers release a patch to correct these broken shadows.

This error occurs since the beginning of the gameplay. I didn't go very far because I was bothered by this bug.

If you want to reproduce the error ... Try setting the shadows to Medium or High. This error may not occur on dedicated video cards, but on Intel integrated cards, so far, it seems so.

You cannot mean it is not playable with an Nvidia GeForce 6600 LE. The game is so old.

It depends on what they did to update the game to run on modern systems. Jury rigging something to run is rarely efficient or optimal.

Anyway, even after the last update the bug with the shadows continues. I emailed IO Interactive and was completely ignored.

Low shadows turn shadows off. Don't ask me how, that's just how it works in this game.

if its just your profile page this is a known bug for some time.
