I just logged in to my Humble Bundle account to browse my unredeemed keys and saw that in addition to my unused Ouya key for Broken Age, I had a GOG key also! So I now have Broken Age in my GOG library. Somehow I never heard backers were getting GOG keys.
Neither did I. This happened ages ago, and I had a surprise similar to yours. Not mentioned anywhere, but nice.
I have to admit, since I am greedy and prefer gog, I redeemed it, even though I have it already on steam and humble..

It's been a few months since the GOG codes were added to the HB pages. I redeemed mine back in early June, and I was already a bit late.

DF had outright refused to give backers GOG codes, apparently they changed their mind after they got all the sales they thought they'd get here. Just speculation, I got tired, and stopped following the matter on their forum.

I don't recall a proper announcement about the change of heard, but I'm not really surprised either given the way they handled the DRM-free version matter.
Thanks for the news, I'd never have known, otherwise.

My wife backed it and we'd pretty much forgotten about it.

This happened ages ago, mostly thanks to me I believe.

EDIT: http://www.gog.com/forum/broken_age_season_pass/do_kickstarter_backers_get_access/post14

I wrote to them asking if backers could get a key, they wrote back saying that this wasn't something they could do. So I wrote a very long reply explaining that you have to ask GOG for keys and that GOG keys can be added to Humble Store pages. I heard nothing back, but a few weeks later they appeared.

In which case, thanks bunches!
Yeah, I discovered this about a week ago or so when I was randomly browsing the games I had on my Humble account. Maybe I'll actually play through the whole damn thing now... at some point. Never bothered to play through the second half on Steam. *shrug*

Is this exclusive the the backers of the original Kickstarter campaign? I backed it via the Humble DF Bundle, and didn't get a GOG key

I would think this is specific to backers. Did you really 'back' it vial the Humble DF bundle or just buy it in said bundle?
Thanks for the heads up. I didn't know about it. I'll try to remember to look it up later and activate it on GOG.

And thanks SirPrimalform for pushing this matter with DF.

(Edit: I will likely not activate it. I tend to not activate games I don't think I'd play any time soon, and Broken Age will likely wait until I have an Android tablet capable of playing the Android version.)

Not really sure which one, bit AFAIK people who bought the Humble DF Bundle are considered "slacker backers".

As far as I'm aware, Android/iOS versions were not part of the backer rewards, although an OUYA version was.
Hmm I have the game on steam, but I totally forgot where I bought it :P

You're right. I would have bought it for Android, but it doesn't run on my Galaxy Tab S.
