Bought two games today and when I get into my Libary they are showing as "buy" and not "install"

Used paypal, got enough funds but why is it asking my to buy them again?!

If they're in your library then you should be able to download them from there. Buying a game can only be done from the store page and that option shouldn't be there in your own library, at least if you're using the browser. Are you using Galaxy or downloading them through the browser? If you're using Galaxy, try downloading the game through the browser instead and see if that fixes it.

You should try log in and out, but mainly check if games are at your profile. If they are not, search for email with code of purchase and contact the gog support.

I know that sounds like a dumb question, but I'm asking because recently I had a conversation with someone having the same problem, and in the end it turned out, that person was not on his account's page, but on the game's page all the time...

But with 300+ games in Tequila's profile, not a user that should get confused with the difference between store & account pages.

Tequila, if the games ain't in your account page, follow v1989's advice and find your email confirmation and contact support, and i'd advise checking your PayPal purchase history too.

Being a community forum, you're not likely to get official support-level contact on here, just simple suggestions that should be obvious: Using a browser (refresh the cache if you already use it), log-in to your Account page and take a thorough look for the games. Log into your PayPal account and check your history. Then contact support directly.

Ok, how about taking a couple of screenshots, and black bar anything personally identifiable for privacy. If we know what games, and what you're seeing onscreen, we'd all understand it properly too.

As you are in galaxy, this seems to be a bug in galaxy. The offline installers seems downloadable though. You might want to check your real library for comparison.

And if you log in to your account manually in a browser, do you get another "buy" button? Or does it say like expected "Download And Install Now" under the Install Game With GOG Galaxy?

Just checked, On the browser its showing the "download and Install now" Option.

I think as others stated, Galaxy has a glitch.
