I think as others stated, Galaxy has a glitch.
Yeah, I'd say that pretty much confirms it, chalk up another bug for Galaxy. You should be able to force Galaxy to DL it properly using the browser link, shouldn't you?

Can do, by the looks of it I can install Via the backup section. The only glitch I've encountered so far... in my experience these things happen in 3's lol

Just curious: have you clicked the button to see what happens? I don't suppose Galaxy stores any card info so it shouldn't be a one-click-buy situation; there oughta be some confirmation first (in case you want to buy other stuff at the same time), and also a chance to back out of the purchase on a Cart page.

What I'm getting at is that maybe it IS the Install button but is mis-labeled as Buy for whatever dumb reason.

It does nothing, just goes grey then returns to Blue button with buy.

Also it's showing on the shop pages that they are owned.

Yep looks to be a bug in Galaxy. They made some changes in the last update around how Galaxy handles ownership, this could be some kind of new issue introduced by that:

- In case when GOG Galaxy is unable to fetch ownership information about not installed game (eg. User is not logged in), Install/Buy button will be disabled, instead of showing spinner infinitely. Play button is always enabled, when game is installed
