I just woke up really early and she still has the stream on. She says it apparently runs until the end of next week.

What was really interesting about watching him paint is that he does it in layers, from the back to the front. He would paint this really nice scenic background, and while it looks amazing, paint right over portions of it for the closer items.

I would kind of cringe as he would paint over what already looked awesome, but then the picture ends up looking even better and seems to have more "depth".

That is exactly what I love about his pictures. He was a master of depth.
