There's been all this talk about black magic lately, but what about blue magic?

Now, blue magic isn't something you can buy, so I can't sell it to you; you have to experience it yourself.

Anyway, with that out of the way, time for an actual question:

What games are there, on GOG, that allow you to learn magic from enemies?

Some examples that I am aware of:
* Tangledeep (via an unlockable class)
* Serment: Contract With a Devil (for one of the 4 main character choices)

Any others?

(For those wondering how this question is relevant to the title, Final Fantasy 5, the oldest game I remember with such a mechanic, called those spells "Blue Magic" and the class that learns them "Blue Mage"; some later FF games and spin-offs would re-use that terminology.)

Edit: Why the low rating?

Not true. There is lots of blue magic that you can buy!

Just a few samples.
IIRC in Vampire the Masquerade Redemption you can absorb some magic abilities from defeated bosses. I think, you can choose one of two abilities per boss.
Not quite what you asked but, in Ultima (three or four?) you had to find the recipe for some of the most advanced spells, since they weren't in the spell book. (It was through dialogue, though, not combat IIRC.)
Geneforge.
That's the answer to nearly every RPG-related question.
You can absorb any ability, but it comes with a price... those who choose to be parasites instead of learning the good old way might find a few surprises down the road; they will be far more powerful than their student counterparts, but...
Final Fantasy 7 has a materia that lets you learn blue magic skills.

But that game isn't on GOG.

(tt also isn't that good, either, especially when an earlier game in the series that had blue magic was a lot better.)

HOMM3 lets you do that if a hero has the eagle eye spell.
There is also a whole movie about blue magic.
In Betrayal in Antara you can learn some spells from enemy mages casting them on you.
If blue magic is anything like a blue joke, only offensive spells could be cast.
In a way, a lot of Metroidvania-type games have powerups that are blue-magic-like. The souls in Bloodstained or Soma or Charlotte in Castlevania, for instance, are definitely blue magic.

Blue vs Yellow magic, however?

How druids work in tabletop RPGs sometimes is a little blue-magic-ish: "You can only change into things you've encountered during play" is a very common house rule. The D&D 3.5 prestige class Master of Many Forms was this to an extreme.
