this thread is for people who wanna post the reasons why there hyped for blizzcon and what they hope blizzard will announce with less than 2 weeks til blizzcon im hoping for the following.

diablo 4 they prolly have to announce this after the diablo immortal disaster of 2018 blizzcon.

new wow expansion, scourge based, well i dnt think t here will be a new class, i have no clue what wow expansion could be

maybe even a new ip

id like to see overwatch get something new, like a story mode, or even battle royale,i hope they remove that stupid timegating option in arcade mode which is dumb, even cod allows all game modes so i hope overwatch scrap that and also make lucio ball a permanent game mode to play for fun.

myabe we will finally get the actual launch of warcraft 3 reforged

There is nothing that would excite me except if they were to release some other games here. Blizzard's new games don't attract me at all.

Blizzard have not made any games i'm interested in playing for a long time, in fact i liked their games pre WoW and after that including WoW are just ugh.

I doubt they will go back to making games like in 90's up to 2002 anymore.

I'd like to see that.

I tried Overwatch when they let us try it for free, and I liked it. I just don't play MMO's but if it had a SP mode I think it could do pretty well. I'd certainly get it.

There are rumors of OW2, Diablo 4, and a D2 remake. I'm very excited for these. Especially after how lackluster last year's Blizzcon was. We will probably get a trailer for the next WoW expansion, which is the thing I am looking forward to the most. They've been tight-lipped about this so far. I don't think they'll spring the release on us like that at the last minute.

I expect we'll see a Chinese military parade of some sort.

The only thing to get me hyped these days is a new IP that isn't a 2D pixel art jump & run game.

With how they are going and recent actions, it's difficult to see how they wouldn't...

Why would I care about Blizzcon. Blizzard's prime/heyday is long dead. They are now just a pathetic shell of their former selves who longer produce quality games and with a name brand that means nothing any more, just like Bioware.

Because we might have a good laugh, like we did last year. I know I did.

I foresee dozens of Winnie the Pooh cosplayers being trying to be kept outside :P

Currently a big amount of ppl are looking forward to it and it has nothing to do with game announcements. :D

Sorry, people should not have downvoted you just because you're in the minority towards your good expectations towards Blizzcon.

That said, I'm afraid I agree with the rest of the posters: unless they announce something like Star Trek's gaming holodeck, nothing they announce will catch my eyes at this point. Diablo 4 is such a given (since last year!) they are even bothering to hide the rumours.

I still remember how they teased Diablo 3 for weeks before an old Blizzcon, to announced then (can't believe it's been what,10 years?). We were all in awe. Blizzard was considered the 'model' dev company people always wanted to be. Some of us 'grew up' with that company (I still have my diablo box, etc), so forgive us for... not caring anymore. For stuff happening in and out of the gaming company. For some of us, seeing happening for years now. (as we did to other companies)

So, what do I expect? Diablo 4, an isolated environment to keep the protests out of sight, and.... whatever.

All I see with blizzard is boredom, greed and bootlicking.

Diablo Immortal will still be garbage.

Warcraft 3 reforged I was looking forward too, but after blizzards recent actions, no. I sadly have had to put blizzard on my do not buy from list, of where it joins EA in there.

I do hope blizzard gives you something to enjoy with it.
