So it's almost Black Friday, and many places have sales started already.
My question is, what would you guys look for in sales? How much percent do you want to see off? Any places you look in particular?
I'm hoping to finally make the investment in a new PC, without breaking the budget.

mostly i look at the usual suspects Gog steam wallmart and psn (which i have heard may have a black friday flash sale. im hoping that rumor pans out and that theres something good )
as to percents off i just roll with whatever they give us

one game i'd like to see is kerbal space program, if it goes on sale i might be able to get it (sadly im on a pretty tight budget atm XD but who isnt right )

Ah yes, Thanksgiving. That special time of year when I get together with my family and get reminded why the hell I moved so far away from these people in the first place! :D

Nope, not true anymore. Europe has the same craze going on. Even the so called cyber monday has arrived here.

For those who aren't aware, Black Friday is a method of population control and a legalized blood sport. Hordes of people fight each other for a cheaper price on a television set while I sit back with a cool glass of Chardonnay, a wry judgemental smile on my face, watching a grandmother get suplexed through a tower of tinned cans.

Yep, sadly, and since I work retail I have to work on Black Friday!

Basically for those out of the loop, it is when various retail stores around the U.S. open very early the day the day after Thanksgiving and have a lot of sales on various items and is usually a first come first serve ordeal. On paper that sounds okay, but in execution it causes a lot of customers to fight over items which Black Friday is infamous for. Never been to a store on that day myself but as an employee... it's going to be an experience.

So let me get this strait, you gave us culture and we gave you Black Friday?
