My proudest moment was when I finished The Witcher Enhanced Edition for the second time and I realized that the game series are really great, after more than 200 hours of playing it, I was able to enjoy the mechanics of the game, the battle, the use of skills and magic, and getting the cards!
I've just started The Witcher 2, it is a new adventure for me, and I will take my time to complete it. And then comes The Witcher 3, it's crazy. I am so proud of getting this games on GOG. Real treasures.
My proudest gaming moment was with Strikey on ST. Played all the normal levels, and came in a sort of turbo level. All things happened superfast. Took about 10 seconds and I lost. Ha ha ha. Love it.
My proudest gaming moment was when I've managed to beat Disney's Tarzan Action Game on PS1 in 2004.
That was the first PlayStation 1 game I've completed almost without any help. My father played it first, but got stuck on level 7 "Baboon chase", he couldn't progress in the second part where you have to slide on trees from baboons. Although me and my father completed that level first after we've discovered to press square button for opening umbrella to take cover from baboons that ran in front of you.
I got to final level after a few days, and I've struggled to defeat Clayton for some time. That one day I've defeated him and even yelled "Dad, come here, I beat him!", but unfortunately he couldn't have seen it because he was busy in another room. He came after that, though, so at least he's seen the movie clip where Clayton falls down and hangs himself on a liana.
My proudest moment connects to Voyage Century Online. This was back in 15-20 years ago when I didn't learn any English yet. About the game I didn't remember too much just the basics that you had to farm out materials and sail around and sell those. I played it alone, because my friends played other things so it wasn't that enjoyable, but then my father once just sat behind me and started to watch how I play. Starting that day we "played" together. Right away when I was done with my homework quickly did the chore part of the game planted all the vegetables mined all the ores...etc, and when my father arrived home from work we set sail. Kinda sad part of the story is that I never saw my father play anything neither before or after, but when we played I saw that child like excitement and curiosity on my father.
My proudest moment was when I completed NFS Most Wanted. It is such a good game.
My proudest moment was when I defeated Diablo in Diablo II. After trying for hours and hours, it was 20 years ago and I still remember it vividly. I was accompanied by my 7-year-old cousin and when I finally defeated him we both hugged and jumped around the house screaming with joy.
I used to play Halo campaings with my father when I was a child (7-10 years old). As I was a very easily scared child, the covenant, and specially the flood terrified me, and I was unable to play the games alone. Until one day years later decided to play halo 3 solo on heroic. It definitily is not really that difficult, but I felt really proud of finally overcoming my chilhood's fears.
PD: now I love "Flood gate" for it's atmoesphere and gameplay, "Cortana"... not that much XD
My proudest gaming moment of playing a game was finishing Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines for the first bite - ummm, I mean first time - which has been of many times, before and after having conversations with many inanimate objects, Stop signs, and/other things of the sort, no matter what any Fledging might actually think of that.
My proudest gaming moment needs some back story. I started dating a guy who would call me at night and talk while he was playing online video games. I never really understood it as I'd only really ever played a game boy and a play station 2 (I'm dating myself here). Once we moved in together, he continued playing video games and I never quite understood the swearing about lag or anything. He found a game and convinced me to play it (Baulder's Gate). The look he gave me when I not only held my own with the first boss but also saved his character really is my proudest moment. Twelve years later, we have a hard time finding two player games after xbox 360 and turned to computer games- oh and he's my husband now.
Defeating the Kayran in Witcher 2 on a laptop that really wasn't powerful enough to run it - even with minimum settings the QTE prompts lagged so badly, often only appearing after it was too late to respond.

My proudest gaming moment was in the middle of June, after decades of playing video games, and in the last year even more, once was the pandemic year, I feel I am surviving.

I beat Song of Horror on the same day I received my first vaccine against Covid.

I hope we all beat this horror game!
As hated as Final Fantasy XIII was, beating the final game in the trilogy was kind of incredible. It was simultaneously so dumb but so so hype.
