iI'm rather bad at this, but if you really want here. Copying DubConquerors format:

? - First letter of the last JRPG released on GOG
? - First letter of CAVEs first horizontal SHMUP
? - First letter of CAVE's most recent port
? - Tool ???????? Speedrun. first letter of the 2nd word.
? - Number of PC entries of the first questions game series.
? - Second number of the hardwares name "Corpse Party" was innitally released
? - Number of non-windows Touhou Games
?? - generally hated Publisher(abbreviation)
? - Second letter of the abbreviation of Nintedos first console
? - First letter of the Fraction In HoMM5 that's most similar to "Tower" from HoMM3
? - First letter of a fire type flying Wyvern from Monster Hunter that cannot fly.
? - Number that often gets confused with a vowel when typing in Codes
? - Number of "the elder scrolls" games.
? - Number of different Towns/Factions in HoMM3
? - Number that was already a solution twice
? - Number of playable characters in Borderlands 2(with DLC)
? - A Number Valve seems to dislike

You've got one question wrong which led to haveing antoher one wrong as well.
You've also got the 3rd last wrong. 3 didn't even appear once according to you solution at that point.

Everything else is correct.

The correct number only appears 3 times in total. And no other number appears more than once at that point.
