The Elder Scrolls. Quake & Doom. Fallout. Alright.

Welcome, Bethesda, to our pantheon of all-time classics!
Today, we're happy to start a blooming new partnership with Bethesda Softworks, one that brings an impressive lineup of their unforgettable games to our DRM-free platform, and plenty of guts and nuclear smiles to our faces.

We're teaming up to release some of the greatest hits from the Bethesda vault, some DRM-free for the first time ever. Eleven new arrivals include The Elder Scrolls and two digital-distribution premieres, totally retro id Software shooters, plus the long-awaited return of the Fallout franchise! The Elder Scrolls, perched high up among the most famous video-game worlds ever created, are now DRM-free and updated for your modern computer - you can purchase all three to receive a 33% discount.:

Just in case it hasn't already been mentioned by someone....

I hope this means that we'll soon see Call Of Cthulhu : Dark Corners of the Earth on GOG.

It's got to happen, I mean, what can stop it now? It's one of the best games in the Bethesda back catalogue.

R33D3M33R: Too late for me ... :(

I already purchased the Quake and Doom games on Steam previous year, because GOG support didn't want to confirm that the games are coming to GOG ...
I did as well but I bought them here again! No more renting! :-P

smrtgi19: id software would never have allowed quake and doom to come to gog.com drm free what gives?

I guarantee you zenimax or bethesda will close id software in 2016 after Doom 4 or just Doom based on Irrational Games's closing the year before, a 7 year ownership from aquisition to closing
...why? I don't understand this line of thinking seeing as they were so open about open sourcing their games and being generally mod-friendly in the past.

Would go great with the recent Cthulhu games we got. I think I still have this one on CD.

Anyway, vote it up on the wishlist!
Wow I still can't believe this happened, seriously. Massive props to Bethsoft, credit when credit is due.

I'm just hoping that more of their highly requested titles (Fallout 3, Fallout: NV, Doom 3, Commander Keen series, Oblivion, etc) will be released as well. I'm considering getting a Twitter account so I can pester them about it... or I could just email them or something ;)

You forgot Wolfenstein 3D, Hexen and Heretic in that list.

And if possible Skyrim :P
...and we thought we were doomed to quake in fear that before the 'morrow we'd wind up in some DRM'd arena with daggers falling down upon us as battle raged on amongst the spires that stood guard in vain against the red glow that announced the dawn of a new DRM-free era.

Much appreciated GOG and Bethesda!

But we don't want to go there, it's scary D:
Now that I'm caught up on reading everyone else's reactions so far, I might as well add to the chorus: Awesome work, GOG! And good choice, Besthesda!

I'd decided against buying Morrowind on Steam last year when I was looking into it after I got my computer, and I was rather perturbed to find out that the physical retail copies of the game still being sold are pretty much glorified Steam installers with a key for the Steam version. SO, it was play roulette with eBay, or wait and hope it'd pop up DRM-free somewhere else. Patience paid off!

Now, BethSoft, about some of these price points....

I'd never heard of this one before, but after looking up some info It looks and sounds really cool, definitely adding a vote.
other doom engine games we need = Heretic, Hexen, Hexen II
I just checked and Morrowind is same price if you buy from europe/USA on Steam. However its half price if you buy from Turkey. Thats really weird.
