Keyword would. Pokemon could easily have an advancing plot like Digimon, but that would require effort!

Probably a month? :P 'excited' in 2012, and 2014 GDC says 4% would develop for Wii-U... so

Not sure why people found this notable. This is neither the first nor the last time people have read too much into a statement, and this is hardly unique to Nintendo hardware. It also needs to be pointed out that the person in question stated that he is a Nintendo fan and is looking forward to the NX ( https://twitter.com/fabiandoehla/status/744791513909993472 ), so I seriously doubt the joke was disparaging in nature.

But yes, Nintendo have certainly managed to keep a very tight lid on almost any information concerning the NX. The reveal later this year should be quite interesting. The Zelda presentation turned out to be a very pleasant surprise, so I'm holding out a bit of hope that the NX will turn out similarly.

If they even reveal it this year. People are pointing to September, but if they haven't revealed it thusfar, why bother revealing it 3 seconds before it arrives in stores?

The NX now only works on Curved screens and using VR headsets.

Since the 'wii' brand is now considered toxic they won't add wii to anything else. Which is good, I hated the name. First thing I said when they had the two systems is 'I don't wanna get a wii' it sounded stupid, it looked stupid, and after 5 minutes of trying it out I knew the gimmick was stupid too...
