No joke and I'm not trying to be mean, but you folks are (in a much smaller scale) stereotypically portrayed much like australians/british/north americans in some parts of the world: alcoholics who go to the pub every friday night just to eat peanuts/watch sports (rugby in your case ;P). My thought is that you dudes are way beyond that - and also that tv was lying/folks like that artwoord clip are, uh, "white SA trash"-, right? :P
Lol I don't know if drinking is that much popular over here than anywhere else, but something that's pretty universal is a , which is way more attractive to anyone than going to a pub. Regardless, drinking is often [url=https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kYdQuj9UUIQ]the norm at a braai :)

The pubs across from where I lived were close to a university, so they were crawling with students on wednesday through to saturday evenings who didn't have ready access to braai facilities where they lived :)

And yeah, what die antwoord is trying to portray is pretty much seen as white trash over here :P

guys? i don't watch much tv movies cartoons - i am from ROMANIA! and tv suck here.. it suck so much i can use it instead of the vacuum cleaner! some weeks ago i turn tv on and i see an advertisement about toilet paper which has the cartoon tube in the middle from some material which DISSOLVES into water so you don't have to throw it in a garbage can! you can just throw it in WC too! SERIOUSLY GUYS! can you imagine?....... i can die happy now by knowing that humanity will be saved by the genius romanians who invented that kind of toilet paper!

so you tell me maybe some good movies? even books but i don't like sci-fi stuff i am more down-to-earth more practical

I won't bother naming all the discontinued series as there are far too many in both categories. But I'll nominate Silicon Valley for best current sitcom.
