SalmanAnees: 3.Adam Jensen From Deus Ex.
Elias Toufexis nailed it on the voice of Adam Jensen.I think his voice is one of the coolest voice in video games.

4-vektor: I wouldn’t call it voice acting because he just speaks like he speaks normally ;)

Watch/listen to this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=flszuT3ROdo
It’s a funny video.
His voice is pretty heavy.I love it.

timppu: Not sure if the best, but Jaheira in Baldur's Gate always cracked me up with her sarcastic:

"Yes, oh omnipresent authority figure?"
I love the voice acting in Baldur's Gate 1 and 2, Jaheira is one of my favorites. :)
Cate Archer in NOLF. Also, absolutely everyone in Planescape: Torment.
James McCaffrey as Max Payne.

Matewis: Most of GTA >= 3's voice acting has been pretty excellent. Of course they took on some heavy duty hollywood actors:

Yeah, especially GTA V had absolutely fantastic acting. I almost wouldn't call that voice acting though, for the most part, as both body movements and facial expressions were mocapped by the actors, and the character models where modelled after the actors playing them. Essentially, it was "just" acting ;-)

Any Legacy of Kain game for certain.
The Thief trilogy
Vampire the Masquerade: Bloodlines

and the best of all...

DEUS EX.

Yeah, GTA V had top notch VA. Steven Ogg aka Trevor stood out for me though.

Indeed. Steven Ogg's performance was unparallelled.
The German sub for Cutter Slade in Outcast. It was done by the German voice of Bruce Willis and that fits so amazingly well!

For the French version, it was the French voice of Bruce Willis. Idem for Serious Sam the Second Encounter.
My vote goes to the narrator in Hard West.
Sam Lake as Max Payne. And one overlooked here apparently: Doug Cockle as Geralt.

paladin181: Sam Lake as Max Payne.
Sam Lake is the model for Max Payne 1, but James McCaffrey is the voice of Max Payne in all games.
Nox, heccubah voiced by joanna cassidy from blade runner fame, her glee at mayhem made me smile

don cockle as geralt in the witcher, gravelly smooth as silk shexy goodness
