HUNT THE WUMPUS

Using lower case seemed inappropriate.
"Moby Dick: The Video Game" - I remember the description said something like, "This is what happens when you make a game based on the title of a book you've never read." =D
SHADOW OF THE COLOSSUS

YES.

Such a mysterious title, and gives off a feeling of dread. Considering the game's main emotions (wonder, fear, sadness), that works wonderfully. It's also very descriptive; you are truly in the shadow of a giant, monstrous creature during fights, a mere speck to them.

I had to check to see if that was a real game and proceeded to get hysterical over it. Thank you for posting, I needed that laugh.
Papers, Please - brought back way too many memories of train rides. Fantastically evocative title.

Runner up for best title for me would be Geneforge. It just captured my imagination when I was a kid. Think of the possibilities! Forging your own genes, manipulating DNA. I was actually kind of sad that there wasn't more of that kind of play in the games. Still an amazing series, though.
Serious answer:
Baten Kaitos: Eternal Wings and the Lost Ocean

Joke answer:
Star Wars: Dark Forces IV: Jedi Knight III: Jedi Outcast II: Jedi Academy
I think I'll go with the Grim Fandango
Arcanum: Of Steamworks and Magick Obscura is hard to top.
I also like Serpent in the Staglands
I have a few favorites.

Quake - Sounds strange and odd, just like the game.
DOOM - Possibly the most straight forward, badass title ever.
F.E.A.R. - I'm a sucker for this one, First Encounter Assault Recon.
Command & Conquer - Sums up the game beautifully.
System Shock - For some reason, this was always fun to say.
Heretic: Shadow of the Serpent Riders - It's a mouthful, but it's badass.
Hexen: Beyond Heretic - Now that's how you name a sequel. BEYOND the previous game.
Necrodome - Just another cool looking title.

Of course, the best title ever belongs to Toejam & Earl. Fuck yeah.

Earache: Extreme Metal Racing sounds awesome, but its a shitty game sadly.

And I googled the longest video game title, here it is ->
Summer-Colored High School ★ Adolescent Record – A Summer At School On An Island Where I Contemplate How The First Day After I Transferred, I Ran Into A Childhood Friend And Was Forced To Join The Journalism Club Where While My Days As A Paparazzi Kid With Great Scoops Made Me Rather Popular Among The Girls, But Strangely My Camera Is Full Of Panty Shots, And Where My Candid Romance Is Going.

Who thought the long title was a good idea, I bet they tried to compensate for something...

Edit: Okay, so I just read the title out loud, and I burst out into laughter. xD

Half Minute Hero: Super Mega Neo Climax Ultimate Boy
Without a doubt, You Are Empty. I also like Killer is Dead.
Creepy, yet informative! Sir, You Are Being Hunted
with a tagline that chills your soul, Can You Get Home In Time For Tea?

I Have No Mouth And I Must Scream - Is a name, which gave me so much chills as a kid, that I did not dare to play the game. I still have not played it -.-
