I have scoured the site to find any good GOG shooter games but the options are very limited. I would like to hear some suggestions from the community since I am not able to find something very interesting. The Wolfenstein games do not count, too much gore for my liking.
Unreal, Quake, Tron 2.0.
Maybe explain what you're after?

It's a bit weird seeing someone look for a shooter while complaining about gore in shooters :)

Ziggurat could be something you like. It's definitely less gory.
XIII (the original one, don't even look at the remake)
Clive Barker's Undying (maybe too gory for you? Good one, anyway)
Far Cry and Crysis
Red Faction
Deus Ex or Deus Ex: Human Revolution (More of RPG than shooter)
Hidden & Dangerous 2 (More of a tactical game than shooter)

OK so shooter games without much focus on gore is something you're interested in? That does feel a little restricting as a lot of shooters can be very violent, but I'll recommend some where they aren't so hyper-violent.

- The original XIII is very good with a comic book, neo-noir feeling to it. A mix of spy gizmos, solid shooting mechanics and espionage.

- Deus Ex franchise: these are a mixture of shooters and RPG games. You advance your character in the areas you'd like their skills to improve, and the levels are filled with multiple ways to finish them. You can be stealthy or go in guns blasting which is good fun too. Deus Ex, Invisible War, Human Revolution and Mankind Divided are a blast and usually go on sale too.

- Medal Of Honor: Allied Assault War Chest and Medal Of Honor Pacific Assault are both on GOG and are great if you enjoy a more historic first person shooter.

- Brothers In Arms franchise: these games are on GOG and also go alongside the Medal Of Honor games rather nicely. I find this franchise a little repetitive but in small doses this is still a really engaging game. It can be quite tactical but it plays like a solid first person shooter game.

- Star Wars: Republic Commando is a pretty enjoyable, very immersive FPS game where you lead a small team of soldiers through different missions, each member having their own distinctive, useful skills. Also the original Battlefront games are on GOG but I personally never played those, but they're very popular too.

- Oddworld: Stranger's Wrath is amazing. A mixture of first-person shooter and third-person platformer, with a really distinctive fantasy Western world with connections to the wider Oddworld universe, this one is well worth getting. It's funny, sharp, smart, inventive and it's a blast to tear through enemies, taking them back for a bounty.

I'd love to recommend the Doom series, the Quake series, the Unreal/Unreal Tournament series, etc, they're amazing but those do become a lot gorier than the games I recommended.

I think Medal Of Honor and Brothers In Arms probably have more realistic violence, so if you want to avoid the sight of blood completely, maybe avoid those, but the other games are either very stylised or they mostly avoid realistic depictions of blood. Hope this helps!

As a Shooter, you mean first person or pretty much any shooter?
What about a Rogue-lite shooter like Immortal Redneck. ? :)

F.E.A.R. & F.E.A.R. 2
Ion Fury is very fun. I can also suggest the Shadow Warrior reboot games and Crysis.
It makes no sense to like shooter games but not want gore in them.

Best shooter games on GOG are Painkiller: Black Edition and Shadow Warrior 2013 version.

Blood.

The Shadow Warrior games are very gory with limb parts, brain tissue and blood flowing and squirting everywhere.

I love the first Far Cry even if he end is a bit too easy. Never play on lowest difficulty as that means an emptier and more boring world.

The Crysis games are alright and I cannot remember them being very gory but unsure after ten years.

Wait... what? I absolutely hated that volcano crater level! I still remember it!

I have, kind of sadly, got too skilled at that game after too many play-throughs. If you remember the goggles and that you do not have to kill every enemy in the game it is not so hard, especially if you use the secret weapon you get in the beginning of the game.
