Honestly, the experience of these last years in GOG is a bit subjective individually. I can only speak of what I percieved. But, in short, from what I saw :
A pirate ghost kidnapped a museum curator's daughter but she retrieved her by rummaging in piles of random objects, and a mafioso got betrayed during an escort mission through a zombie-infested town, while a doctor ascended to a higher plane of existence after founding a spiritual cult. Giant insects destroyed the world and kept being beaten through a time loop by giant robots, and nazis and allied forced fought in the Atlantic. A serial killer slaughtered a lot of innocents during various noisy parties, a bunch of automatons went on a piracy spree across the galaxy, a descendant from Van Helsing went back to eastern Europe to fight mechanical werewolves, a painter went mad, a new prison was built, but prisonners kept escaping frpm another one, and a cowboy made a pact with the devil. There's also been a bunch of burglaries by a girl with an afro hairdo, and lots of killing by ninjas with and without motorcycle helmets. Very confusing red gnomes have infested Alaska for a while, a tropical island's dictator went humiliatingly bankrupt, and a murder has been committed by a girl who may or may not be schyzophrenic. There's also been a few hostage situations resolved by a swat team, a few succesful landings on other planets, but also some series of disasters plaging an expedition to Mars. New episodes from a japanese scifi tv show have blurred reality a bit, and new laws have rendered travels to Arstotzka more difficult. And a few accidents have happened when that bald guy with a red tie was visiting.
But I don't know, we didn't all notice the same things.
