RedRagan: Holy shit I thought I'm the only one with the same problem!
Ordered my games, it claimed to fail for the first time. I thought I need to try it again and it failed again.
Got notification that my debit card was charged twice. I was confused and panicked, and their chat system is pretty much a glorified bot.
Fast forward this morning, my purchase actually went in and the game is now in my library, but the second charge is still not refunded. So I got my games, but I'm paying twice for them.
While other people think it's fine, it's not fine for me. It's $35.59, for some people it's just chump change but for someone who lives in a developing country that's 15% of my disposable income (money after taxes, saving for old age, bills etc etc)
I hope GOG listen to this, I want to speak with a real person and not a robot on your chat.
