You could remove the script manually. Open up Windows Explorer and go to %appdata%\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\
There should be at least one directory inside there. Look inside there and you'll find a subdirectory named gm_scripts
Inside that should be a directory named Barefoot_Essentials_for_GOG.com. You can delete that and the script will be uninstalled (you may or may not need to close Firefox before you can delete it). There's also a file named Barefoot_Essentials_for_GOG.com.db you might as well delete that too.
When you start up Firefox again Barefoot Essentials will be completely gone and you can try enable GreaseMonkey again.
