is there a version of ths game out there where we can download the full client and play offline. Id like to play this game on breaks at work and it being online only eats into my hotspot data cap.

It sounds like you downloaded the version with Galaxy included instead of the offline installer. You don't actually need to run Galaxy, though, even if you did use the Galaxy installer. Just run the game on its own.

Its build with Unity right? So it will likely have telemetry (does it have an option to disable?), wouldn't expect too much traffic from that though.
