The humour I can appreciate, and I generally like the stupid idiotic type simulator games however this one seems to be just trying to cash in on the whole "stupid simulators" genre without putting any remotely real effort into it. The pixelated crap graphics are the first sign, and the absolutely minimal animation or game mechanics. This entire game could be coded in a weekend, if not a single day, if not a single hour. The novelty of the funny idea already wore off just watching the trailers.

If they made a game like this using the CryEngine, Source Engine, Unity3D, Unreal Engine or similar and put some actual effort into it like Coffee Stain Studios did for Goat Simulator, and put humourous voice acting and music and maybe even some kind of ridiculous plot/scenario then I could give it a thumbs up, but this game is just either a crappy intentional joke, or it is a crappy joke trying to cash in on the stupid sim craze, either way I give it 3 thumbs down for Greenlight for sure.

And I actually kind of like stupid games so there you go.

Things like this used to be funny back when I was like 5 years old, but then we grew up and our balls fell, so we stopped kicking each other in the balls.

I also recall the times one-trick jokes like these used to be freeware. You'd try them out for 2 minutes or so and then forget for the rest of your life. Like that Commando (Schwarzenegger) game some grazy Finn had made, it made me laugh for a couple of seconds for all its stupidity.

If we're talking balls pain try being born with Hitlers ball thingy and have surgery for it.
Basically one of your balls wants to stay up in your stomach all the time. The surgery pulls it back in the sack.
Here's the kicker. That ball sometimes still wants to get back up in your stomach even if it can't. The result is the feeling of getting your ball squeezed really hard continuously for hours. I think my record is two days. With intense ball pain. Ugh!

Don't be too sure of that. Someone made a video game where the object is to kill homosexuals and people of other alternative lifestyle choices and uploaded it to Steam Greenlight last year. I forget the name of the game (and wouldn't want to do it any justice by naming it anyway), but it eventually got removed by Valve from Greenlight. It was pretty disgusting.
