Like I said above, there should be no quotation marks at all, but that's nitpicking. They should fix the download problem, not the misuse of punctuation in the support article. People left and right are talking about asking for refunds -- and likely never buying here again -- and all we get is the usual "Sorry for the inconvenience" which directly follows the CDN disaster.

Of course, but this issue was easier to fix in the meantime.
So it's been about 7 days minus weekends and holidays so -adding machine noises- 3 working days since the last update, for anyone keeping score at home.
