Just bought that. In the shop it says owned, but in my games i got nothing.BG 2 enhanched is already installed and BG enhanched is queued. It is not under BG 2 since only option is play. So is it getting installed with BG enhanched? Bought soundtrack on all 3 so hopefully a new experience with that. Nice if someone could highlight the issue

Siege of Dragonspear is a DLC for the first Baldur's Gate Enhanced. If you are using the GOG Galaxy client, it will be automatically installed alongside the first Baldur's Gate Enhanced.

Tnx expected a copy on its own to install. Was aware of that but could only check BG2. I have played this game before on look forward to go on a new adventure. I am old so i like these old games lol

Yes, unfortunately siege of dragon spear is so un-cannon, and bad that they are not legally allowed to let people play it. Still you can give beamdog some more money, on top of the double price you already paid for the "enhanced" copy of course.

i have allways liked baldurs gate. Even bought X-box to access the 1 only released on that. Might not be the best 1 but i want it (smile)

And that leleased on x-box could 2 players play together. And my better part started to like balders gate too because of it. She actually still talk about it sometimes

The DLC isn't horrible. It's not up to the same standard as the rest of Baldur's Gate, but it's not like it's a horrid stain on the series either. Unless you're terribly insecure about your sexuality and NPCs that you don't even have to talk to being against social norms sexually breaks your spirit.

Gamebanshee gave it a good review that was more than just political whining. Highly recommended. As said above, it's not up to the BG1 and 2 standard but it's not horrible either. I'll get it someday when I feel like a whole run of the series.

Just to be clear, Dragonspare Beamdog verson works well... its the gog verson that is busted

as for the story it self, I love it but yes there are small gaps... its optional so play it once then make your own mind up is my recommendation as someone that actually plays the game

How do you mean - what's busted in the GOG version?

the dlc file names doesn't match up... the items don't work, the quest dialog breaks and overall the game wasn't tested before gog allowed it on because the Beamdog version does work and everyone had to put up with that Bullshit anti-fem / anti-gay campaign that waisted everyones good will so the 100+ test plays that real players posted in the forums was ignored

I had no idea that GOG's version of SoD was broken :( Is it actually playable or is it FUBAR? Also, any idea if GOG/Beamdog know there's a broken version here?
