Yeah, so all flash deals moved to the regular sale pool, at slightly lower discounts, and that's it. Ah well.

muntdefems: I really hope the upcoming anniversary sale is truly awesome, because this one has been a huge meh...
Agree. However I've purchased a few titles at quite nice price. Nothing extraordinary, but, well, good enough.

There is also disappointing Connect. I would be happy with current game list, but they clearly announced some additions and after a week there is one game added and 2 removed - which makes me quite disappointed.

Last year for Summer Sale we had massive 40 GOG Connect titles and this Summer only 6 if i recall. For this sale 7 and i'm guessing they are probably saving most of it for Anniversary Sale.

Also, preparations for Anniversary are taking very long time, maybe they threw this Flash Sale cause they couldn't make it with everything they planned for Anniversary and it got delayed? In any case, i'm with you all here having really high hopes for what is about to come.

One of the ones I missed dropped from 50% off to 10% off.
Wow. This sale. Umm...it was fun while it lasted? Yes? No? Maybe?
Has GOG confirmed there will be a 10th 'anniversary' sale/event?
It would seem strange for there to be two back to back flagship sales events, but if no anniversary sale what a missed opportunity.

As far as I know, no. :(
Torment: Tides of Numenera is passed from -65% during flash sales to -50% in the final sale.

When i asked them about a 10 years sale on Facebook they said "be patient". ;)

Officially - no. Unofficially - yes. :p
Underwhelming all around. Hopefully they do have an Anniversary sale and it is improved from this sale iteration.
First GOG sale I can remember I didn't buy a single game from.

Hope there's either going to be a spectacular Anniversary sale and/or some spectacular releases (either free or not).
Welp, that's it, time to go home.

Underwhelming is the most thrown around word right now, and I'm forced to wholeheartedly agree.

I guess what I miss, is the community. The metagame about speculating what would come next.

Also during insomnia, some of the most popular, new releases did disappear in minutes, you had to be on your toes, or coordinate with other people. That was fun. And then, there was the NotNox incident.

Sigh, I'm a crusty old man reminiscing about the past.
Ain't that what many of us are here for?

Speaking of that, when is the exact "birthday"?

The statement on the main page which says "Tardy For A Flash Deal? All Games Are Back!" is highly misleading. That statement gives the reader the impression that they are all back at the same prices as they were in the flash sale. But actually, they aren't. They shouldn't say misleading things like that.

Likewise, they shouldn't be jacking up the prices for the "finale" of the sale. They did the same thing with the last flash sale too. Finales are supposed to be better - not worse - than what came before them.

Black Mirror by any chance? Yeah, me too!
