Exile was the first RPG I played basically, so when Avernum released on GOG, I decided to adopt an Avernum avatar.

Lady Lucretia Merces from Suikoden V. She's one of my favourite characters in the franchise.

It's Theodore Fourofourski with Good Old Games' old colours in the background. I took him from this page and made him look a bit sceptical. Originally, he was part of a little teaser comic for a special giveaway (page 1, page 2, giveaway title). Later I took him as an avatar, because I was quite uncertain where GOG's new path would lead us (back then, in the glorious days of Good News™ and the Letter from the M.D.).

I still have him as my avatar because I don't change my avatar very often (I'm just too lazy to look for a new one). And there are still reasons to be sceptical (state of the forum, the dead movie section, still missing a lot of semi-new blockbuster games and especially the problem with very late or missing patches).

My avatar is a Christmas cap on a black background.

The blackness comes from some protest which I don't even recall anymore but many changed their avatars to black. I did too, but since it was Christmas time, I needed to add the cap there too. So basically a political protest with a Christmas theme.

Ciomalau claimed back then that I copied the cap from Kleetus' avatar, but that is untrue. I hand-picked and resized it carefully from google picture search.

One day you are going to have to explain to me what exactly it was that made you feel it was necessary to defend yourself from something Ciomalau said. :P

I think you need to be in your terms less than just cancer to get shadow banned. I think it has something more to do with genetics and the result of eugenics than merely adapting to UVs

That's preposterous. They don't even wear Chrismas caps in Australia as it is a fjucking hot in there in Christmas time.

Actually we do wear the hats as the last few summers on Christmas day have been in the high teens.Before and after Christmas it was very very very hot.It's been a blessing on us the weather on Christmas day.
