Stellaris, they talked me about it very well, but the lack of time doesn't help me to get in as I wish :/
Bloodstained. Won't be able to. Money spent to buy more important things

koima57: Blade Runner with French subtitles. And i am currently working my *** doing the transcript to help with ScummVM dev.
I'm glad to see people still playing this great game. I can't recall how many times I completed Blade Runner since I got it in 2001.

edit: playing UnderRail at the moment.

Icewind Dale 2 (enjoying it so far, really like the tactical combat and levelling up the party members).

Team Fortress 2 (an online shooter).
Due to heat can't play more complicated games so I stick with Grim Dawn that got new DLC - Forgotten Gods.

There will be Expedition DLC for UnderRail coming out soon so better finish main story line before that happen....
Jagged Alliance 2. Almost halfway through, but it's been put on indefinite hold due to work :(
Prey. Too bad it has DRM, so no-go.

Gonna have to make do with Sonic Mania. My rig tends to perform badly with modern games, so I am pretty much ignoring them until my next system build.

Was playing Hollow Knight, but the awful White Castle holds no appeal for me.
There isn't a whole lot on the market recently or near future that has me interested.

The only one coming out this year is Control. Developers of Death Rally, Max Payne 2, Quantum Break (one of the most criminally underrated games in recent years). Love their work.

Next year is obviously a little game that rhymes with FiberFunk, you may not have heard of it though, hasn't really been much hype about it /s

Apart from that though, a whole lot of maybes.

Even the last few year or so has seen some of the lowest number of game purchases I've made in a long time.

Probably honorable mention to Detroit Become Human on EGS as interested to play. Although I already played it on PlayStation and can't bring myself to break my save to start again on that platform.
Holding off playing UnderRail until the expansion.

I'll probably start Blood Fresh Supply soon and I'm itching to play an RPG or restart Hollow Knight.

The RPG will most likely be Wizardy 8.

e:Upcoming releases I want to play.
- Cyber Shadow
- Hollow Knight: Silksong
- Prodeus
- Wrath: Aeon of Ruin

Fire Emblem: Three Houses ... It's also the only upcoming Switch game I'm currently excited about.
The Church in the Darkness and Dusk, once I get enough money together to afford them. Bloodlines 2 has me curious but cautious. With the way modern triple-A releases are going, optimism is an expensive commodity.
I'm already very well stocked with games of every genre I'm interested represented in my backlog, but for games I can't yet play due to hardware requirements, I'd say Imperator, plus any decent naval-themed games.
low rated

bonzer: Though I should be playing one of the seven games bought in the recent sale, I have a thing going for Expeditions Viking. Especially as my family name came to this country in 1066.

I know this game is set way before then, but I have still named my character William...the Bastard.
No Henry the 8th? o.0

Warning on Wiz 8....the game is VERY TOUGH with mobs of enemies to fight when starting the game, so be ready for that. The game is fun though after all that with all there is to explore/do.

Great bookend for Expeditions Viking is Ancestors Legacy.

My wife's family is Nordic so games about Scandinavians gone viking are big here! How many times has she watched the tv series Vikings and The Last Kingdom? Too many to count. ;)
I recently got Pathfinder, so that.

Also, The Warlock of Firetop Mountain, which I plan on starting up in a few minutes for the first time.
