Blade Runner - pretty much every single location (though they did basically copy the film's style, but still, it's extremely well done)

Total War Warhammer 2, what those artists have done is really outrageous!

vampire pirate capitals, the magnificent elven pires looming on the back ground of a battefield, i mean, all the late total war games deserve some or more praise, such as Tree Kingdoms or Troy but really .. the twisted screaming nightmarish portrait of a dark elf monster ship looming over the background, the picture divided and merged in a way that can't be real is such an accomplishment

Yes, the Dwemer have a very strong art deco style. See the attached picture.

Pokemon Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald did some fun things with its city design, such as Fortree CIty (treehouse town) and Pacifidlog Town (floating town).

Yeah, and Sootopolis. Where you can either fly in or dive in; the city situated in a caldera.
