Maybe the joke's that there was supposed to be a "Preservation Program"-related major release during the sale and so far there wasn't.
But the sale does end tomorrow, so maybe then, and today they kept quiet just so things won't be misunderstood. That's been around for quite a while (see note at the bottom saying "2023 release"). Thank jpolgesek for it (as well as for pretty much any other fix and much of anything else done on the site recently).
