I have the same problem… only USD for me

dziki_smigol: While browsing from France? Would you be able to check what is the value of gog_lc cookie?

Could be something wrong with the geolocation, one possible way to get re-geolocalized (regenerate gog_lc) is to go to checkout page with something in the cart.
I did it before checking your post and it worked, €uro returns. But it's not the first time it happens.
So, for those with the same issue, go to checkout page with something in the cart.
Thanks by the way : )

Themken: I get placed all over the world. It was Russia for over a week and today it was Poland. This has gone on for several months. I am nowhere near these places even if not thousands of miles removed.
If I got Russian prices, I'd sooo abuse it... sorry GOG...
Same, USD for me, even though my settings show GBP.
It's probably a conspiracy of the US of A... with the Petro-Dollar on feet of clay nowadays they're now going for the Gaming-Dollar.

Geolocation is off on this site very regularly. I see various foreign languages before logging in or going to the forums several times a week. Logging in or browsing to the forums usually fixes it for me.
I saw a particularly bad case of this a few days ago while logged out. The correct localization for my connection is US English / US Dollars. Being logged out, the site had to rely solely on geolocation, not on my account settings.

When I loaded, I got mostly CJK glyphs (sorry, not sure which language it was). Loading a game page came up in Polish, then refreshing switched to German. (I was on the same Internet connection throughout this.) Both the latter showed Euro-based pricing. I don't recall what currency was shown during the CJK phase.

Refreshing a few more times over the next hour had no effect, then suddenly it all switched back to the expected values. The part I found most concerning was how much of the site remained in English even when it was trying to show me a non-English locale. Are non-English readers really expected to use that mixture of English and localized text? I suppose it's better than saying the entire store is only available in English, but I'd think if you want to offer a translated site, the translation ought to be thorough.
Adding something to cart and going to checkout fixed a similar problem for me a while back.

This fixed it for me too.

MaxFulvus: Sweet, €uros aren't available anymore in Account and locale tab -> Currency. Only $ !

It's gone wrong for me mutliple times the past week or so.
Hope this gets fixed.
Yep. Same here. The website is set on US$ and doesn't even show the option to switch to other currencies. Not even editing the cookie helps. It just reverts back to USD. Well, more of GOG screwing up their site, but really, in this case it isn't that bad. GOG startet out with using just US$ ... if they roll back their other changes, like regional pricing and region locking too, I'll happily return to paying everything in $.

After you edit the cookie to suit your preferences it gets overwritten to USD on non-checkout page?

That seemed to have worked. Put a game in my cart, went to checkout. got it in GBP instead of dollars, removed the game, went to store page and everything is now back to GBP.
Now have choice of GBP, USD and Euro and not just USD.

Thanks, just don't do it again. ;)

Exactly. But on Checkout it goes back to Euro.

... but now I can select Euro again in the settings. So the problem seems to be fixed for now.
