Thanks for understanding, guys.
I like being honest. I get by in real life with my word, and it's very satisfying when you make a promise to someone & you see that person putting aside their usual distrust & actually being glad to trust, for once.
So I see no reason why I shouldn't carry this over to these forums.
By the way, I did buy the game here, the day it was released in fact, I just didn't download & played it because I've completed this game several times already, so I didn't feel the need to replay it immediately. Like I said, that was a mistake.
At any rate, the problem seems to be fixed.
Again, I have played through version 1.2A of Strahd's Possession several times & never once I encountered a glitch or a bug, & I feel confident that I've played it quite extensively. I have been in every room, solved every quest & puzzle & cleared all the monsters in Barovia. I even let Strahd capture the one he so desires, just to see if it played any differently, but nope. You just lose another character. Not that she was that good to begin with, but it's still a pity. There's a couple of different lines of dialogue, though.
Man, I could talk about this game forever. I LOVE it. After you know the dungeons like the palm of your hand, it«s a short game, but still very satisfying to complete every now & then.

hedwards: I suppose, or if reviewers would refrain from reviewing games that they haven't bought here.
At least in this case the OP is trying to clear things up.
Navagon: One step at a time, Hedwards. One step at a time. At least he has a good memory of playing the game and actually reviews it. That's a massive step up from the usual detritus. At least in this case the OP is trying to clear things up.
But, this does make me wonder why GOG doesn't allow us to delete our own reviews. I can sort of understand them not letting us edit them, but if we find that the review no longer stands either because the game has been patched or a new edition comes out, it seems like there should be some way of retracting a previous review.
Dalthnock: Thanks for understanding, guys.

Like Navagon said, you at least left a real review, even if it turned out to be for the wrong version. That I can at least understand, sometimes folks can't be bothered to even do that much. Also, also, I'll probably be incarnated as that dummy from Dead Silence, you know that really, really freaky one.

hedwards: I'm a man who loves himself some horror movies, but Dead Silence is probably the only actual scary one I've seen in years. Think if Child's Play were actually scary and had a ventriloquist's dummy instead of a child's toy.
I always thought the doll from "Annabelle" got the award for creepiest looking though my favorite is the entire movie "Dolls" which ultimately isn't that scary but just works for me. It's fun, and as someone who was raised by a collector of Victorian era antique dolls, I can tell you the ones in that movie looked very realistic. And when I said 'you lost me' I thought you were telling me off but I couldn't be sure. :D

I think the logic is the same with not allowing user to edit the reviews. But, this does make me wonder why GOG doesn't allow us to delete our own reviews. If you can delete it, you can then add a new "edited" review after that, that will be the same with editing review.
If you do not allow user to add review after they delete theirs, then there may be backlash of not being able to write a review for a game at all.

hedwards: I suppose, but it's problematic to have reviews frozen in time that may or may not reflect the current version. I know that GOG sometimes goes in an edits reviews to suggest that they no longer apply, but I think that's bad policy when the reviewer may actually intend for it to stand. Sometimes a particular problem is still there, even if GOG doesn't realize it. If you can delete it, you can then add a new "edited" review after that, that will be the same with editing review.

How do you do that? I had Tatian in my party all the time (except during that time, when the game forced Irmgarde and Vladislav on me), I visited the balcony, but nothing really happend. In the end Tatian accompanied my heroes back to Elturel.

JudasIscariot: We usually edit reviews on request (I tend to get requests via PM myself) OR when we know 100% that the problem mentioned in a review is fixed.
