I just checked my games library for possible updates, when I noticed that "Seven: Enhanced Edition" got moved to the first place on my shelf, despite it being in my library already since last year, and me having bought many other games inbetween (sorted by "purchase date", so it shouldn't appear at first game).

Changelog doesn't show anything (latest update is from April, 12th 2019).

I had the same issue after refreshing my account via https://www.gog.com/user/refresh a few months ago. So probably no new content, just some weird bug. :)
Same here, whatever did it, must have triggered sometime yesterday, between two purchases. One can hope that it might have to do something with the delivery of the missing 1.3.3 patch, but I would be quite surprised by that at this point.
It happened to me some months ago too. I didn't give it much thought; I just assumed it was some shenanigan related to the unusual way of adding it to my library (a giveaway via Humble Bundle).

Ah, ok. So nothing new added, etc.,...just the usual GOG "features".
Thanks for the replies! :)

Exactly my thought too.
Short and sweet. Thank you for the notice guys!
I noticed this issue too, and I view my Games Library every day.

It is likely down to some change to the game.

The last change I recall for another game, was it had its name slightly changed. The name change might not even be obvious either, as I have seen a few games via the GOG SDK that have lots of spaces after the name, when normally they don't. So perhaps a correction occurred, which then made it move to the top of our library list.

Necroposting a bit here, but 2 years later and I have seen this game pop up to the top of my recently purchased games order several times, instead of getting the usual blue dot for updated titles.
They definitely have something funky going on with its updates.

It doesn't get updated. Whenever your library gets a refresh on GOG's server, the ordering in your library gets reset and the game gets pushed to the top again.

Seven is one of the games which doesn't have version parity with Steam. The version here has been out of date for years, and the publisher/devs don't give a rat's arse about it.
Just checked my library and Seven moved down below to where it belongs. Refreshed my account and it didn't bump to the first place like it used to. At first I thought it was removed from my library but it's still there if I search for it or scroll through a few pages (the giveaway was originally in December 2020).

I remember checking my library in the past week and it was still the first game there. So it got fixed no more than a few days ago.
Nope. Still at the top of my library as ever.

EDIT:
Never mind. Did an account refresh and it actually moved where it should be. GOG FIXED SOMETHING!!!!

Seven never changes.
There is at least one other thread about this Seven issue.

We kind of worked out in the end, that every time GOG makes a change to our library, Seven: Enhanced Edition pops back to first (latest) place, and that it has something to do with how the GOG version of Seven: Enhanced Edition was obtained, which was for many of us as a free game via the Humble Store. We have speculated, that for some reason the game hasn't been assigned a placeholder in our library. So any change to our library means it sorts back to first position.

A bunch of us recently got Quake 2 Enhanced for free in our libraries, and that was when Seven: Enhanced Edition popped back to first (latest) place for me. It did the same on other occasions for me with a few other similar free version additions to my library.
