It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

That's sort of hilarious ... joke?! (if you are not GOG shareholder)

Does really eshop needs features which are not IE11 compatible? Did somebody told Amazing-on and AlibabaAnd40ChineseThieves shops? :D
I am going to going to voice my biggest complaint with this layout, are you ready?

"Thinking is hard" should not be the name of the puzzle collection. It should be the name of literally any other collection.

Two weeks since my initial complaint... why the hell is the weekly sale panel still broken on Firefox?

Is basic competence just beyond you or something GOG?

Are you trying to look bad? Do you want to fail as a business now or something?
The star for the rating on game pages appears to have fallen down. Considering the new GOG design, this is pretty apt.

I'd say older FF falls under "less popular" as well, so they don't care.
And, if you can belive it, it's getting worse.

Cavalary: (Just trying to notify a few I noticed mentioning browser issues more recently...)

Got a reply from support regarding browser compatibility. It's the expected bad news:

"I'm very sorry, but out website is no longer supported on IE11, and may not be optimized for Palemoon, or for other less popular browsers. Unfortunately this is not going to change. My apologies for any inconvenience caused.

I understand the sentiment you bring up, but I'm afraid there isn't much that I can do about the issue."
They are a business, and I really don't understand why they are intentionally trying to drive away customers by having a broken website.
Who wants to give their money to a site where the links don't work, and there's big empty boxes and big empty spaces everywhere?

I've supported GOG from the beginning. But since this revamp\downgrade, I don't know what new games have been added. I don't know what's on sale. And there's no News to read. There's not much reason to spend money on GOG these days!

Rather funny, at the end of that support discussion I was reminded I can vote on the community wishlist regarding the redesign and given the link to the roll back to the old design wish. Yeah, like that will do anything. But support people are probably between a rock and a hard place, can't do anything about the decisions made but need to take the resulting fallout.

I agree with a huge section of users, computer game owners; I don't like this new setup!

Is there any way to disable the video AUTOPLAY? It is so annoying, and it would be nice to be able to pause it or freeze it, so it doesn't trigger every time I move to different pages.

Have a great weekend,

Kevin

Its no fun anymore to browse for games. False sort function, false user ratings, no filter for full game, DLC, .., ten same looking tiles for one game, no sort by price ... and no sign that they want to change anything of this.
Thumbs down for GOG
It's actually pretty okay now since you can quickly see the current sales and their duration. ''On Sale Now'' page is still irritating to use because of the autoplaying media. Please don't do this. And I still fail to see the point in the collections.

Only one or two countdown clocks are showed on homepage.
News section only show 11 threads now, so URL of some promo would not displayed on homepage.

Besides, Now on sale tab still show wrong content now.

Haha, senpai has noticed me! They took note of my roll back wish!

In retrospect, opening this wish was a grave mistake that I regret deeply. If I hadn't opened it, we'd have a thread of 1000+ disgruntled posts to prove that the new design sucks. Now gog can instead point people to a wishlist entry with a pathetic 100+ votes as proof that everything is fine with the new design.
