Might consider picking up a Wii U for it (accidentally dropped the PS3 TODAY of all days) , but I think it's still a bit too expensive at the moment. Loved Takahashi's other work, especially Xenosaga, so it's quite the no brainer choice.

Waiting to see if they might have a bundle.

a bundle ?
in japan maybe but not in the west its mario that sells the wii U in the west
hence the mazza kart 8 bundle
I enjoyed Xenoblade Chronicles, so I might pick it up sometime later after release (depending on user impressions).

Either I get the bundle or someone is going to die! Ha, I'm just kidding :P

Anyway yeah, it's sad how they don't treat us the same. Still, there's no point in paying that much, so we'll see how it goes.

There's very little to play on it from third parties, but what's there is good, so I'm hopeful other developers will take notice (lol). Fatal Frame is another favorite that made the leap from Sony to Ninty (but that's not the point of this topic... hehe).

nintendo has always been more of a homegrown company
japan first
then the usa
and europe is an after thought ( and we still are )

and fatal frame's rights are a bit more difficult then jumping from sony to nintendo
the first 2 games were also on the xbox
and while nintendo co owns part 4 the series as a whole still belongs to tecmo

im mostly interested in the virtual console on the wii U
why pay upwards of 90 euro for breath of fire 2 when i can buy it on there for 8 ?

From what they've shown it looks like it's completely optional.

And yeah, I'll probably get the game when it comes out. I loved Xenoblade Chronicles. That game had way too many "collect x items" and "kill x monsters" quests, but everything else was great.

I've noticed that much about them. Seems like Iwata shows his true colors (about territory support). Sony turned it around this time (no need to talk about Microsoft, they're not relevant, lol).

I'm just going to refer to the series as Zero, since that's the original name. No need to worry about different aliases.

And yeah, the Nintendo VC is nice. I have a 3DS, so I know the feeling.

But the Wii U really shines in that regard. The handheld is rather basic (game-wise).

I might get it when its get cheaper and if good reviews follow.
Hmm... I am, but not own a Wii U, and not buying one anytime soon, just for this one game, so far, interesting me on this platform. Perhaps when the price will be right, I mean, below 150 euros for the console, and the game for less than 25...

The new Zelda maybe, will be my second game drawing me on there... Ohh, and Earthbound exclusively for the Wii U Virtual console..

I did buy my Wii when it was at this price point, and I am fairly happy with it. Though, I tend to collect my games on it, and all that is ending up collecting... Dust for months, years... :o

I have Xenoblade Chronicles since Christmas 2013, always interested to play it... But I not yet actually set it up and play it, it seems HUGE and my time for playing, is very limited... Decisions, decisions......

Now, this new Xenoblade looks, seems fantastic indeed...... Open world, mechas, action adventure, RPG... All I want and learned to love! The online part though, I can gladly live without if it means PVP and buggers community ....

I'm probably never getting a Wii-U (or PS4 or XBone), so unless it comes out on PC (and not locked to steam, UPlay or Origin) probably NO for me.... Probably... 99% sure...
You lost me at buy. (/(ಠ_ಠ)\)

You'll probably never play it then, since Nintendo likes to keep their console exclusives as it's the main reason people buy their systems.
