I've been playing a bit of Duke Nukem Forever and Ride to Hell: Retributiion and I'd like to play some similar games in regards to quality.
Any suggestions?
Legendary. It's pretty bad, but in a very enjoyable way. It's kind of like a some forgotten 80's B grade fantasy/action movie. And for all the ways it's kinda broken, fortunately it's not "broken" in the sense of being "unplayable". And it's not too hard, so you can enjoy the ride without getting frustrated.

Limbo of the Lost?

It should cost you less than 1 buck.
Well, obvious suggestion but hey, maybe try out Daikatana?

Also, is supposed to be really bad, but Classic Game Room seems to have liked it.
Two Worlds: Some of the quests and the grinding over all isn't that bad the plot and the enemy balancing at key points however is terrible.
Die Polizei, Germany's Saints Row! XD

Oh, you were serious ...

Have the game on Steam and even though I'm able to play newer games like The Witcher 3 or DA: I this game stutters like crazy, never made it out of the museum. Well, I got out of it and ran around in the streets, but the stuttering got only worse.
I've tried getting the game to run properly but nothing worked for me, the game seems very enjoyable though. Watched a short gameplay video, the bugs and glitches are hilarious. :)
Rise of the Robots.

hah.

Yeah... Rise of the Robots.

Also, MK3 on Gameboy, really, really sucked. But fighting Shao Kahn from MK3 on Gamebody was definitely so bad it's good territory.
I've played it, it really is bug ridden, almost unplayable even, but they give the game a certain charme, I liked it. :)
You are EMPTY - universally panned by critics, but in a lot of ways it's actually quite good. Nice cutscenes and some of the level design is good too. I like how you can break pick ups, meaning you have to choose between being reasonably careful or going all out and hoping to not get shot up too much.

Yeah, I am being serious, but this game is even too much for me. :P

There's a game called Big Rigs that is so incomplete and buggy that it can actually be funny.

Thing is, the game is so bad that the developers don't deserve to be paid for the game, and I don't think it's available digitally, anyway.

(Also, note that one of the tracks does not work at all.)
Of the games I've played and enjoyed, Blood Knights got pretty low ratings. It's not really of the 'So Bad, It's Good' kind though, more like 'Yeah, I Can See This Is A Rather Cheesy And Mediocre Game, But So What, I Still Have Fun Playing It'.
