OpexCookies: Yes I do live in the philippines haha, again its kinda in the middle of the night right now and Im not too desperate to run outside in my underwear asking people where I can get a paysafe card
On that site I linked you, you should see an option to search for stores near you that sell them (unless it serves you some other version of the page without that option, in which case it's probably because it's not a thing in the Philippines).

I was student too I know what you meen, my advice, you should get a "debit" card or prepaid card and then use it whit paypal, it's is a good alternative for students, it uses only the money you have and not more. if your card don't have money you can't buy.

if you will get a debit only check they do not ask for minimum balance or any commission, usually savings account, student accounts, prepaid cards, have those benefits, only check, in your contry may be somthing similar. :)

OpexCookies: So currently Im just a student so I dont have a credit card or whatever, now I just discovered that SWAT 4 is on GOG (it hasn't been sold in any other store digitally I think and even if so, ill run into the same problem anyway.) and there is no way I can buy it, is there a solution or a way I can buy GOG games without credit cards or stuff as a student?
Don't Philippine banks issue Visa Debit or Visa Electron cards (or equivalent)? They can be used to purchase online as long as you have the money on your bank account. In Finland, you can get Visa Electron as 10 years old or older, Debit apparently requires 18 years of age (ie. being considered an adult in my country).
