Playing through a couple of gog versions of dishonored and the evil within, they both include preorder 'bonus' content that only really serves to water down and unbalance the games, (and in the case of dishonored you can't even ignore them since the half dozen bonus charms create an incredibly loud, grating whine while you're in the hub area.). Maybe gog could Try and implement a policy to have Preorder bonuses either toggle able, or not included at all if it's along the lines of "You get 3000 extra shekles and an exclusive wallmart branded gun'.
Just ignoring and not using this extra content usually works just as well, at least if the extra content consists of items.
Even better if they can be disposed by unequipping and simply dropping them from the inventory for instance.

Like the other comment said, just don't use them, in my opinion is good that they include it because give you the opportunity to get the full content even if back in the day you couldn't preorder it.
There might be a way to disable individual DLC in an .ini or other easily-editable file.
