It's a mystery indeed: Why would anybody pay £3.59 for a soundtrack they could've gotten for free until fairly recently.

I mean, there's disposable income and there's literally flushing money down the toilet.

Except it isn't because it is missing the name of the game (which is a link to the game page).

Note the double space between "own" and "on" in the attachment where it should be.

Because "could have" implies that they no longer can right now.

I "could have" bought Tesla stock at $11, but I didn't. Hardly a reason not to buy it at $200.

And when it comes to the cost, there's money management, there's penny pinching, there's being miserly, there's hoarding as a mental illness, and then there's a whole new level of trying to save £3.59.

A better question - why do you have to own the game to buy the soundtrack? Maybe I don't like the game but like the music. Why should I have to buy the game if all I want is the soundtrack?

This has been discussed many times - because any and all non_in-game_content extras are treated as game DLC; makes no sense, but perhaps it's done to fit things into the legal frame of selling games online.
