I got a response from the dev of "99 Level to Hell" on Twitter and they will get in contact.

jcoa: Even the Carpe Fulgur games have left despite him promising they wouldn't.
Andrew Dice says they still will return: https://twitter.com/SpaceDrakeCF/status/925472127859417088

Ideally, the delay has something to do with GOG bringing Fortune Summoners (and maybe This Starry Midnight?) aboard; maybe a completely fresh deal is being worked out for all CF games. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Carpe_Fulgur But it may not work that way.

Unfortunately I only just saw this. Not too much of a problem though as the only game I had on my wish list was Sokobond. If anyone is still interested in it, it is still DRM free on the Humble Store.

gamesfreak64: The Dutch will drag all info from any source starting 2018 jan the first... so if they can have it without us givng our consent, then any company that sells us games should have it aswell:
I don't understand what this means. Would you mind explaining.
I'm a bit boggled here, unless I'm misinterpreting or misreading. How is it that plain old users are getting seemingly more responses from devs than GOG themselves...?

It does seem that some forum members are more resourceful than people at GoG at times...

But if GoG has followed up on any leads mentioned in this thread, I imagine that communication will stay private and we'll find out when and if games are returned.

Something something Poles communication, something lost in transmission?
Y'know, wouldn't it be hilarious if it turned out that for all these devs, all emails from GOG have been going straight to their spam folders?
Blues just do not read forum threads regularly.
Bug reports here are often ignored by them.
Maybe they just did not see it?

elcook: Titles to be removed on October 31st:
Unfortunately another game has been removed yesterday, which wasn't announced: Flight of the Amazon Queen.
Why don't you guys sticky your announcements?

blotunga: Why don't you guys sticky your announcements?
That'd probably make it so that LESS people see it, honestly.
