The video in that link didn't work for me, but I found it on another site. That gave me a boner :D It's probably the only short anime film I ever liked other than Muramasa (which is a classic that everyone must see, BTW) .

Great stuff indeed! Very glad for you that you finally saw it. It's one of the 5 must-see anime movies for people who don't care about anime, IMO. Along with Vampire Hunter D, Princess Mononoke, Akira, and Ghost in the Shell. And if you do care about anime, well shit, good thing you finally saw it! Fun!

Seen all of the others (I watch very little non-anime) . Wouldn't call any of them must-see tho, as I prefer series to movies .

I recently found a rather fantastic fan edit of Berserk that blends the anime and the films together very nicely. I highly recommend it, and it's called Berserk Redux. There are a few continuity errors here and there due to certain things being animated in one and not the other, but from a story telling perspective it follows the manga a lot better AND the general pacing is a lot more fluid without losing as much as either have lost on their own. Again, there is somewhat of a noticeable change between the anime and films, however, it's not as jarring as you'd think thanks to the fan editor filtering both so it's an easier transition. As with any fan edit you should own a copy of the the media prior, but I can't recommend it enough to any Berserk fan or anyone who wants a really GOOD adaptation of the manga. :)

Just finished watching the first season of Tokyo Ghoul on Netflix. Wasn't too sold on the idea before I started watching but I really enjoyed it. They don't have the second on there yet.

Currently watching Fate/Stay Night: Unlimited Blade Works. It's great so far, as was Fate Zero if anyone hasn't seen it yet.

Gintama is always great.

Just finished BTOOOM ! . Too short, but not really that good. The gore was nowhere near as explicit as I was hoping from an anime about people on an island killing each other with mini-bombs .
