Bravo!
Yeah, Lucumo already named it. Thing is I don't give out recommendations easily. When I do, I expect the recipient to actually go watch it because if he/she doesn't like something, I need to know why. So far, I've only recommended once in this thread and it's kind of disappointing that nothing has been heard since. I did also mention another several posts earlier but it looks like nobody even knows what I was talking about?...

That much is obvious. My bafflement was, and still is, that nobody have watched it at all?
It's not just comedy, almost everything is subjective. Hence why I'm always interested to hear some personal thoughts and opinions.
Now that I read that again... Is it supposed to be thought genre?

Maybe your hints weren't good enough for everyone? :P It depends on when people started watching anime, that would be my guess at least. Back in the day the anime was talked about and well-known. But the legacy it left behind is rather small. I haven't seen the name mentioned for a good while for example.
Comedy is on one end of the spectrum though, thus it was mentioned by him. Something like action is probably on the other side but you will rarely see people disagreeing about action scenes.

Wasn't paying attention to the school rumble hint message, but here is what i have to say
Minor spoiler about School Rumble
Actually i watched School Rumble only season 1 though and i hated it.It's not so good regarding that i liked it up until the police clothed Harima Kenji and he didn't confess to her, don't remember much about it anymore think it didn't go anywhere.
I just like better comedy like seto no hanayome only the best in comedy genre still.
Other comedy i preffer is hayate no gotoku though they never made a proper adaption of it in anime like the manga is.
Sayonara zetsubou sensei is also pretty good comedy and Detroit Metal City
Excel Saga is a very special kind of comedy i like
Inukami!
Minami-ke
Potemayo!
Itazura na kiss
Magical pokaan
Macademi wasshoi
Great teacher onizuka
Kemeko DX
PaniPoni Dash
Baka to Test to Shoukanjuu
B gata H kei
Nagasarete Airantou
Cromartie_High_School
Fight Ippatsu! Juuden-chan!! bonus part is very ero filled
Bokusatsu Tenshi Dokuro-chan
Any more comedy people could preffer to me,i see i haven't watched one in a longer while.
Don't think i have seen any anime after year 2012

If I understand you correctly, you stopped liking it because of a non-confession? Did that have anything to do with comedy itself? Tbh, I don't even remember which scene you're talking about now. But your list looks decent, even though a few of them are quite extreme. I'll leave the recommendations to others. =)

Then i felt like it went downhill from there. But anyway like i said don't remember much anymore sure it was supposed to be comedy the way he reacted but i didn't like it.

I don't remember everything but I think it's because he didn't want Tenma to recognize him because of the incident that happened when he first met her when they were younger. It's also the reason why he always wear sunglasses, to hide his face from her.

It's rare to see those types of shows to have art at that level, Look at dragon ball super and one piece and such others, They suffer from lack of detail to make it more immersive.

Oops. I meant tough. I blame my hands. They have a mind of their own. And that mind seems to enjoy trolling me with typos.
As for School Rumble, I'm only familiar with its title. I don't think I've ever seen a clip of it. So much anime, so little time.
Edit: Wait, scratch that. Just looked it up and I remember watching the first episode. It completely failed to grab me at the time so I just dropped it.

Never seen School Rumble either.

I think you would definitely enjoy Konosuba, and judging from your list maybe you'd like something like Monster Musume? or if you want something more oldschool there's GTO (Great Teacher Onizuka)

Didn't have much time, so I only completed two movies since the last update:
Giovanni no Shima: I liked it, despite having some issues with the animation or the style in general from time to time. What makes it better than Hotaru no Haka are the characters. Each have their goals and they all act rather logically or at least comprehensibly from their point of view.
Kaze Tachinu: It was weird in a way but fine in another, dunno. What I noticed, the quality of the voices of the German guys was pretty bad. It sounded like they took it from a tape or something. I don't think you can judge the characters or the story in a normal way which makes it hard to rate. Hm...

Yeah, that's why I didn't name it outright after knowing your taste. But if you do watch it, you'll know what to expect so it'll be fine. It might even exceed your expectations. After all, if it isn't above a certain level of quality (like what Lucumo has said), I won't be talking about it.
Talking School Rumble with Fonzer made me realize something. Those who didn't watch it all the way to the end actually missed out on some significant details... You might see a character do something, avoid someone or dress in a certain way earlier in the show and think that's just all for comedy. It's only when you get near to the end, then you're shown the real reasons behind all that. This makes School Rumble more grounded and relate-able than something like Cromartie, where over-the-top gags repeat themselves without any underlying rationale.
