Anime on Steam is available in the regions that Crunchyroll has secured the rights to distribute in, and varies from title to-title.

And reddit does seem to have nice list what's there (RWBY is not listed).

Let me explain on Death Note a bit. Unlike GITS, which retained some Japanese elements, Netflix's DN is almost completely changed to a western setting. They basically changed everything, they changed the characters, they changed the names of those characters, they even changed the book itself. They might as well call the film something else and just say "Story inspired by Death Note", that will at least garner less backlash. I think the only significant thing they didn't change is how the shinigami looks like, which is kind of odd because you wouldn't expect a western death god or grim reaper to look like that. With that said, it's still too early to judge now.

I actually thought they released the actual Bayonetta for a while there. But the countdown is promising. I'd probably cry if it still isn't Bayonetta on PC. Now I just gotta wait for April 11th.
