Catventurer: Although I've recovered from the covid exposure, I have some more bad news that comes with some good news....

The bad news is that I was viciously assaulted by a black widow spider over the weekend, which means that I've been poisoned by something that I'm also allergic to. The good news is that while the danger period is over, I'm still on recovery and have to drink tons of liquids so won't be going anywhere for a while.... whatever day the game starts is going to be 100% good for me assuming that nothing else occurs.

Now if you'll excuse me, I'm going back to migrating my game collection to Playnite while we wait.
Oh, goddamn it. At least the danger period is over, that's something.

The game may probably start today or tomorrow, most of the game flavoring is ready but not all.

Just a heads up everyone that I will be out of town for the wife's birthday. If the game starts in the mean time I probably wont post anything significant until Monday.

@Pooka I am signed up for QTW and my privacy settings should allow friend invites

Thanks! Unfortunately black widows are super common around here. One had come in the house, climbed into bed with me to chomp me a few times before scampering off. I was in a lot of pain at the area the spite bit me in addition to the severity of the other side-effects, which is how the culprit was determined.

I'm just really glad that it didn't get my cat.

I don't want to be the one to hold the rest of the game up. I should be able to post something by Sunday at the earliest, but if everyone else is itching to start right away by all means go ahead.

I'm going to be heading to bed early the next bunch of days but since my time zone puts me behind everyone, that's not going to impact the game. My current situation just means that I'm not going to be leaving the house a lot.
