I'm showing the Animation Arts sale Price as $3.99 But several of my friends are seeing it as $7.99... Is this a weird glitch or something

It's from the Build Your Own Deep Silver Bundle. Games already owned count towards the "buy three or more for a bigger discount" deal, so if you have enough of them, everything else will show at the lower price throughout the store.

Adding a game may make your total slightly lower, happened to me.
